ACTIVITY CENTER – Ages 3 months-Ages 7:
The Activity Center is a structured, developmentally appropriate program which keeps your children entertained while you work out. Our team of professionals use a mix of fun activities that include: circle time, arts and crafts, and fun learning games.
First Child: $20 per month or $5 drop in
Additional child: $5 per month after first child or $5 drop in
In a family membership, we include two children in your family membership rate. Please see Member Services for current rates.

KIDZONE – Ages 7 – 12 :
KidZone is a program specially designed to introduce children ages 7 – 13 to the health club so when it comes time for them to use the club they’re prepared! This program will teach proper warm-up and stretching techniques, along with healthy habits by combining the use of basic cardiovascular equipment, age appropriate weight training, and fun and challenging game play!
$29.95/month

This program touches on all five components of physical fitness starting with a dynamic warm-up which incorporates our flexibility/stretching session and moving into fun games and obstacle courses, age appropriate resistance training, and cardio vascular training. At Elite Health & Fitness, we understand that fitness can also be made fun. That is why we take time to play games to maintain their attention and interest.

FAST TRACK – Ages 11-13 :
This is our transitional program to get your child ready to work out on their own. At age 14 is when your child may use the fitness and cardio equipment. For the safety of your child, your child will meet with one of our Certified Personal Trainers for five 60 minute Personal Training Sessions to learn proper form, technique and club etiquette.
$150 for 5 sessions
